These classes are similar to our full-day Gourmet Workshops except you select your favourite cuisine and put your own group together. We will design the menu. Class size is limited to 8 – 10 students. We will begin with light refreshments while we review the recipes for your fabulous meal. These may be booked for a full day or afternoon/evening. This is a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday, any other special occasion or a fun evening with friends.
