We will begin our full day workshops at 11 o'clock with a continental breakfast while we review the recipes of the day and any pertinent techniques. After a tour of the kitchen we will work in teams of two to create a wonderful culinary experience that ends with a fabulous meal at about 5 o'clock.

Our afternoon workshops begin at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon; we will talk about characteristics of the cuisine and review the menu for the day. Like the full day workshop we will tour the kitchen and work in teams of two to prepare the meal and end the day with a wonderful meal to complete the experience. The workshop usually ends at about 7:30.

These classes are the same as our full day workshops except designed to fit the busy schedules of clients who prefer to attend an evening workshop. The theme is the same theme of the full-day or afternoon workshop but with fewer recipes. We will begin at 6:15 p.m. with light refreshments while we review the recipes of the evening and any pertinent techniques. We will work in teams of two to create an evening to remember. At the end of the workshop we will sample our creations and take a portion home to be enjoyed later.
