We will be showcasing all new recipes at the 2008 workshops. 
Evening classes begin at 6:00 p.m.   Afternoon Classes begin at 2:00 p.m. Full Day Classes begin at 10:00 a.m.

(Private Workshops for a group of 8 - 10 guests for the full day, afternoon or evening may also be arranged at a time convenient to you).

 

French Bistro, Back to the French Countryside!  
French Bistro is one of my personal favourites, flavourful, easy to prepare, yet perfect for family meals and entertaining that everyone will love.  We will emphasize warming dishes for the chilly Winter season, including the traditional Beef Bourgonionne and Coq au Vin, some delicious and different appetizers, a delicious soup and salad as well as our signature sumptuous desserts.

Cooking from Provence SOLD OUT

Think Mediterranean French Cuisine with an abundance of flavour.  This region of France is renowned for its healthy foods that are influenced by its neighbouring countries Spain and Italy.  The menu includes tabbouleh, chicken breasts with fennel and candied lemon zest, grilled fillet of lamb with Mediterranean vegetables, served with freshly baked dinner rolls. We will also make some delicious desserts to complete the feast!

Healthy Heart Cuisine

Foods with less saturated fast are flavourful, healthy and good for your heart.  Are you watching cholesterol or cooking for a Type 2 diabetic in your household? The British are Coming!

When I studied at Le Cordon Bleu , Paris, Chef Phillipe always asked about British cuisine and I delighted him by saying “Tasteless and boring, Chef!”  But in the past few years Great Britain has come into its own in international competition.  We will explore some recipes of England’s great chefs, Delia Smith, Jamie Oliver, Gary Rhodes, and Nigella.  Come and taste some of my personal favourites!

Summer Grilling

Mediterranean Cuisine

This workshop will explore the cuisines of Greece, Portugal, Spain and Morocco.  Little bites of sheer joy from Spain, Greek Moussaka with a twist, and sweet delights from Portugal.  These countries are known for taste-filled dishes made from fresh vegetables, high quality meats and fish and heart-healthy olive oil.
