Workshop Schedule
We will be showcasing some exciting themes and all new recipes for the 2012 workshops. Sunday Afternoon Workshops begin at 2:00 p.m. and will end with dinner at about 7:00 p.m. Students work in teams of two (single registrations will be paired up with other singles). The workshops are for both men and women. Children age 12 - 14 should attend with a parent.

French Bistro is one of my personal favourites, easy to prepare, casual yet elegant, perfect for both family meals and entertaining that everyone will love. We will emphasize warming dishes for the chilly winter season, some delicious and different appetizers, a delicious soup and salad, hearty main plate as well as our delicious desserts. |

Is it your turn to "do" Christmas this year? The thoughts of what is ahead of you can be daunting especially if you are unsure how to pull it altogether. Well prepare a Roast Turkey menu to impress! Fresh free-range roast turkey with lemon, parsley and garlic; Turkey gravy with cider and walnuts; pork, apricot and pistachio dressing; caramelized cranberry and apple sauce,; roast potatoes with chili and turmeric, brussels sprouts with pancetta and chestnuts and light steamed pudding with whiskey cream.
