The cooking school is nestled among
the vineyards in the heart of the Central Okanagan Valley
in British Columbia, Canada. The professional kitchen
overlooks sapphire-blue Lake Okanagan, flanked by rolling
mountains and spectacular views of Kelowna and the Mission
Hill Family Estate Winery.
Classes
are limited to 8 - 10 students so that cooking techniques
may be instructed one-on-one and practiced at each workshop.
Our classes are also perfect for corporate
team-building.
There is an abundance of fresh produce grown in the
region and we will showcase them, and the best of other
ingredients, in our seasonal recipes and menus. We look
